When considering the size of dancefloor to rent, consider how many people will be dancing all at once. As a general guideline, one 3' x 3' section of dancefloor accommodates two people. If you already have a tent size in mind, be sure to check and make sure the width of the tent is listed next to the tent size you are considering, otherwise the danceflooor will not fit.
